tonight I sauteed onions, zucchini and squash. my eyes were pouring water as I cut those onions. but I sauteed them until the tips were brown... just like my mother always liked it. she'd be so proud.

If you threw a little eggplant, tomato, and parmesan in there, you could call it ratatouille.
